Foreigner

 

We saw Foreigner with our friends Aaron and Laura recently.  A great show!

This is probably the third time we've seen them in the last few years and have thoroughly enjoyed it each time.

The band sound excellent just as they did back in the 70s and 80s.

The light show is awesome and the venue is very nice.

For most of the concert, the audience was on their feet.

We had pretty darn good seats - right down the middle!

If you get a chance and you enjoy Foreigner's music, you should go see them!

We'll probably see them yet again!

We also took the opportunity to have dinner at Hell's Kitchen.

This is Gordon Ramsay's restaurant - another place you should visit if you get the chance!

A Meeting Of The Aves

 

Ruby and I regularly walk this park which is a few miles from our home.  There are wood rail fences everywhere in the park and I don't recall seeing any wildlife on them before ever.

But we rounded a corner on this particular day and there, on just one section of fence, sat a gathering of birds who appeared to be enjoying each other's company.

Mateo's Birthday Dinner at Shogun

Teo chose Shogun for his birthday dinner this year (as he usually does!) and we had a great time.  Here is the fam waiting for a table.
